Once we have the EBS going then everything is in ‘Standby Mode’ and we will know that the QFS is here. No financial institution can take any actions on you.
Any business that deals with banking, internet or phone service in any form may have to shut down like with a federal holiday, but if they can get by as if they are in a natural disaster and can deal with it by just cash or normal working conditions then they may be able to stay afloat during the EBS.
Beware that once the EBS is concluded that either your loan payments will show up in your accounts as refunds or you will receive a notice of that and debts to be paid are no longer required and paid in full.
Any bank, credit union or financial institution is in default and should be shut down if they try and collect on you for excessive payments which are really profits in their books. This is true if they try to collect soon and then try to seize your property even before your next payment should be made.
If you are to receive any paycheck during these 10 days and you need those funds for debts to be paid then don’t worry as no one can collect on the EBS ‘natural disaster / federal holiday’ as the USA is on a holiday!
There may be services and donations that will be available like they tried in North Carolina and here in my home town during the 2019 earthquakes as services were down.
Just make sure you have some extra cash laying around just in case some businesses are still open and you need something for those ten days, but make sure you do gather up enough this week and don’t hoard things like in the Pandemic and don’t allow others to purchase anything.

The QFS Accounts should be open up real soon and not weeks or months from when the EBS is complete, but you should know about the reports during the EBS.
