I offer this declaration as Remedy to the land grab (allegedly) promulgated by FEMA and any other corporate entity claiming sovereignty and Right of Soil in the present weather crisis occurring in the fall season of the Year of our Lord, twenty thousand and twenty four (2024). This is NOTICE of Claim that you, FEMA et al, have neither sovereignty nor jurisdiction nor Right of Soil at any location on planet earth at any time.
As a living man upon the land, being a declared Steward and Child of the Birthright Promise of the Creator who is True Owner of the soil, I stand (have standing) in direct contrast with every fiction, i.e., corporations and governments, who, according to the lack of Birthright has no Right Of Soil, whatsoever, as referenced at; POLLARD v. HAGAN, 44 U.S. 212 (1845), “We think a proper examination of this subject will show that the United States never held any municipal sovereignty, jurisdiction, or right of soil in and to the territory, of which Alabama or any of the new States were formed… …[B]ecause, the United States have no constitutional capacity to exercise municipal jurisdiction, sovereignty, or eminent domain, within the limits of a State or elsewhere, except in the cases in which it is expressly granted… …Alabama is therefore entitled to the sovereignty and jurisdiction over all the territory within her limits, subject to the common law…”
The simple FACT is that in addition to there being a DISTINTION between the “United States” and the several States of the Union which are the “United States of America”, in many cases the “laws of the United States” are NOT the LAWS of the several States of the Union.
28 USC 1652. State laws as rules of decision
The laws of the several states, except where the Constitution or treaties of the United States or Acts of Congress otherwise require or provide, shall be regarded as rules of decision in civil actions in the courts of the United States, in cases where they apply.

(c) Application of Terms.
