Will there be a slip up for which Illegal Migrants end up receiving their own QFS Account here in America based on just their age and not where they came from?

Will or have the DS cut corners to put in place the Illegal Migrants to receive their own QFS Account here in America without going back to their own country?
If they are here after 30 days they get a QFS Account and automatically become a Sovereign American? This is per GESARA?
They are no longer to be considered as Illegal Migrants or to become US Citizens, but everyone here as of 1, Oct., 2024 is to be Sovereign of the Republic America for which they presently reside in?
