I told you why they would never follow through. Because they all know what would happen if they do. There is no middle ground here.
We are currently under military Laws & Order. Which means if D. Trump is currently CIC while under these provisions it would be declared an “Act of War” if he is arrested.
And guess what that will lead to? Mass Arrest. This is why they have been blowing nothing but hot air because they are trying to look good in front these hard-core left wing liberals.
They have to look like they are running things.
They have to look like they are calling the shots.

After the 2016 election, there was widespread disbelief among Democrats and their supporters, leading to discussions about Trump’s legitimacy, with some suggesting he wouldn’t last due to controversies like the Russia investigation. That failed.
• The Mueller investigation into Russian interference and possible Trump campaign collusion was cited as something that could lead to Trump’s impeachment or resignation. It resulted in no charges against Trump for collusion, it did contribute to a narrative of his impending political demise. That failed.
• Trump was supposedy impeached twice, first over the Ukraine affair and later for his actions around the January 6 Capitol riot. Each time, there was significant rhetoric suggesting these events could lead to his removal from office or prevent his future political viability. That failed.
• Post his presidency, discussions around various legal challenges, including the handling of classified documents, election interference claims, and other state-level investigations, have been framed by some as the moment Trump would finally face accountability. This failed.
The talk around disqualifying Trump from running in 2024, either through legal means or by suggesting his past actions should bar him from office. This includes discussions on interpreting the Constitution’s insurrection clause. That failed.
Guess what else failed today? Well you know the answer already.
