EXCERPTS FROM AN INTERVIEW WITH SUPREME COMMANDER THOR, Transcribed by Patti Spencer/Valana Terese Thor

Patti: “What is going on in the world we are not told about by the media?”

Thor: “I do not keep up with your media reports but seismic activity is being registered on our technology over the planet. We are watching it very closely. You are in a pole shift at this time and we also are watching this as there is a time and place the earth will be in a vulnerable position during this shift that if a solar storm happens to approach the inhabitants will be destroyed. I will issue evacuation orders for my fleets prior to this occurring. 

This was what Peter said, in his prediction in second Peter in the scriptures that the heavens would be on fire and there would be a new heaven and a new earth wherein would dwell righteousness.

“The only hope of the world we perceive is in the second coming of the one you call, Jesus Christ, and/or the majority of the planet turning to God in repentance and man’s inhumanity to man both by governments and individuals cease.”

Patti: “Then you in our skies above do believe in Jesus Christ?”

Thor: “Some of us, yes. As on your planet we are individuals with our own belief systems. I can only speak for both my groups and Cmdr Ashtar’s fleets that we are Christ-centered and work under the direction of Supreme Commander Yeshua from whom we receive direct orders. He is very real and very much alive and concerned over the planet’s situation at this time.“

Patti: “I’d like for you to discuss sometime your purposes in our solar system.”

Thor: “I will do that, at a later time. I believe this is all I have at the moment. Thank you for transcribing for me, Patti, and I have asked you to revert to your birth name on these messages for cross posting for the reason your name on my writings carries some prestige with your Government and other Governments of the world as you are known as the woman your Government assigned to work with me as contact for my messages on my personal visit to the planet your year of 1950 and that I identified as my only official voice to the planet again in 1979 to your President at the time My sincere appreciation to him for his immediate action on my requests. Have a very nice day. – Cmdr Val”

Thank you, Commander, for giving us your opinion on these questions. I feel very safe with you in our skies close by, and I hope I would be one taken in any evacuation if it has to occur.

“You can rest assured you’ll be on my command ship in case of that situation occurring, and with me, in person, once more.”

Commander Valient Thor:  “Go ahead with the questions you have for me.”  

It’s been asked of me for your comments on a recent message that claims to be from both Cmdr Ashtar and AA Michael that they are due to return to the planet within a week or so to take over and make everything right here.

Is there any substance to this?

“I’m very aware of Commander Ashtar’s reality and how he’s been considered fantasy due to so many predictions of his coming to the planet over the years. The truth is, if any of us decided to come there we would not give advance notice and we have no purpose in so doing. We serve other purposes in relation to your planet, and we will discuss those in another coffee time session at your convenience.”

Patti: “Then you are saying there is no substance to that message?”

Thor: “There is no substance to any message from Cmdr Ashtar nor myself that claims we are coming to take over the world situation and make it into a utopia. Cmdr Ashtar wishes they would not involve him in these type writings as it only causes him to be ill thought of when it does not happen and we feel that is why many of them are written; though of course we are not saying this is the case in this particular channeling. We have discussed this in the past is why I am speaking for him and for myself here officially. We are NOT coming. Cmdr Ashtar is NOT coming. The only way we would come is in evacuation at this time.”

Patti: “Is there no hope for the world to have outside help for some of the problems many think are caused by technology gone wild?”

Thor: “There are universal laws, set up by the creator that we work under which forbids us to interfere with the free will of either an individual or a planet. If at any time the situation on the planet becomes so critical that human life cannot be sustained we will do an evacuation and attempt to take as many as possible to other planets; perhaps out of the Galaxy where they can survive.

“If the situation there requires the evacuation orders to be issued, we will give no advance notice and it will not need media attention. We will use the combined fleets under Cmdr Ashtar and myself in this type evacuation. There are other places in the universe mankind can survive including the planets both of us are from which I want to remain unknown at this time, please.”

“The only other way we would be involved with your affairs on the planet is if your “technology gone wild” reaches a point of affecting, in an adverse way, any other planet with intelligent life forms. In this case we, and I speak for my group here in this, not Cmdr Ashtar’s, would have to attempt to stop it.”

Patti: “Is there possibility this could occur, Sir?”

“Very definitely so in regard to what the CERN facility is working on. One cannot touch a grain of sand in the material realm that it does not affect, in some way, all manifest forms on the most distant star. Quantum science on your planet is in its infancy but I believe a slight knowledge of it would confirm my statement.”

Patti: “In what way, Commander, are you aware of our Quantum science theory here on the planet? I know but I am asking for the purpose of educating the public on your abilities to speak on some of these subjects.”

Thor: “I am what you would term on your planet, a Quantum Scientist and Psychologist majoring on the Earthian mind. I’ve also been called a “Bible thumping Minister” due to your scripture interpretation writings for me under the name of Valiant Thor, without my command title attached.

“I’ve said before, your scientific community is now treading where Angels fear to tread. “It is my wishes you would pass this as far as you can to alert the people of the planet we do stand ready to attempt to take as many as we can if danger to survival of life on the planet becomes impossible.”

Patti: “Is there that danger present at this time, Commander?”

Thor: “Not at this particular moment in your time, but if things continue as they are there is great possibility of it. The way your nuclear plants are designed, they may be clean air as long as they are up and running correctly but in the event of problems, they can be very dangerous to human survival on the planet…”

“The seriousness of what can happen has been seen at this time by the world due to the Fukushima situation. That is only one plant at Fukushima, Japan. You have fifteen plants in close proximity to the San Madrid fault line and your Earthquake specialists have predicted a very serious quake along that line to occur sometime in the near future. We concur with this diagnosis.”

Patti: “What would be your suggestion, Commander?”

Thor: “I would begin shut down immediately for all plants close to both the San Madrid and San Andreas fault lines until such time as a failsafe method of prevention of a similar situation as the Fukushima plant disaster can be found.

To not do so is playing child games with the safety of planet Earth and her inhabitants. That is why I now have my fleets in close proximity to the planet so that we can act quickly in an emergency to evacuate as many as possible.”

Patti: “I believe this is long enough for today we’ll handle the other questions in another coffee time session. Thank you Commander Thor for your response.”

Thor: “Let me say this, if and when an evacuation has to be ordered it will be the choice of any whether they go or stay. It should be understood in the event of a severe quake on the San Madrid fault line there is possibility of fifteen similar Fukushima plant problems occurring which would totally envelop the earth with a high rate of radiation. Even if there were survivors the preceding generation would be mutated to the extent that a soul would choose extinction rather than incarnating.”

In mid-March, 1957, we received an urgent message from the Alexandria Police Department. The message indicated that two of their on-duty police officers had picked up an alien who had landed some 14 miles south of Pentagon Boulevard, and the occupant was transported to the Pentagon to meet with the Under Secretary of Defense and then shuttled underground to meet with President Eisenhower and Vice President Richard Nixon.

The meeting lasted for nearly an hour and then, the alien visitor was put on VIP status and was shuttled back to the Pentagon where he spent the night in the Army reception office on the first floor near the concourse. This alien’s name was Valiant Thor.

Val Thor landed in Alexandria and met with the President to discuss the world’s problems and offer advice and counsel on how to deal with and eliminate them. He indicated to Mr. Eisenhower that the world was in a precarious situation and that if the world continued to proceed on a war footing it would cause an economic imbalance throughout the world.

Val Thor stayed on Earth until March 16, 1960, and then disembarked to his home planet Venus. He indicated that his race of people lived and dwelled underground and that many of the planets throughout the universe sustain life in this same manner. He also mentioned the waves of aliens who would land around the world to help with the Earth’s seemingly insurmountable problems. He stated that a group from a distant planetary system would be coming to give aid and data to help the Earth’s progress.

The spacecraft that Val Thor has on Lake Mead is parked in a certain place. Here is some information about it: Parked near the shore of the western-most reach of Lake Mead, east of Las Vegas, Nevada, is VICTOR ONE, a spacecraft from an extraterrestrial culture in which the name Commander Valiant Thor is prominent. This is the craft which he commands and uses as his “home” on Earth. 

VICTOR ONE is northwest of Hoover Dam, southeast of Nellis Air Force Base, northeast of the town of Henderson, Nevada, and south of the Gypsum Plant. 

As of early December, 1988, it was just south of Las Vegas Wash about a mile northeast of the junction of Highways 147 and 166. It can move about.

VICTOR ONE has been in this vicinity for eleven years. There are other Victor Class spacecraft which have been observing Earth for thousands of years. 

Several thousand people of Earth know of VICTOR ONE… approximately 2000 are U.S. Government officials currently in office. A limited number of people of Earth have visited VICTOR ONE, including several scientists. No government officials have ever visited VICTOR ONE. The “Victor Class” Sector A spacecraft of the Victor Class is a 300-foot diameter discus, twenty-two feet high at the rim, increasing to ninety- seven feet on the axis. The permanent crew is approximately 200. Its audio-visual-laser-type camera can select and pick up any person’s actions and words as well as record them, all this up to a distance of 1200 miles from the spacecraft.

There are presently about 450 persons under surveillance by VICTOR ONE. Only 20% are of a positive nature. The rest present some kind of threat to the planet. Approximately 103 victor Class spacecraft are on or near the surface of the Earth, active between some 287 locations The first Victor Class ship visited Earth nearly 6,000 years ago. When Albert Einstein’s four papers of technical develop- ment first appeared in 1905, the need for close scrutiny increased. Deployment reached the present level of 103 in 1981 during the peak threat of nuclear war. All of e Victor Class ships were carefully constructed on board the Starship. There is a level compartment on the very bottom of the Starship where these ships are constructed and housed until they are dispatched. The crews are carefully chosen with the ranking officers being those who are consid- ered seasoned to command such a craft. The design of the Victor Class ships is constant. There are no variations. There are other scout ships that are smaller (such as the one which Val used to go to Alexandria, Virginia and visit the Pen- tagon).These have a capacity of one, two, three, four, six, eight or ten persons. All of these are also constructed of the same basic material as the Victor Class ships. The shapes vary. As a mater of fact they have been built in every shape known to man. A mini-class ship with an elongated configuration in shape of a torpedo is used to transport supplies. These are those which have been seen coming out of the sides of mountains in California, Nevada and Arizona. Bases inside these mountain areas house these craft as well. You may have heard some of the stories the Indians tell of these bases. All of the Victor Class ships have the capability of inter- planetary travel if and when it’s necessary.

The total number of crew on VICTOR ONE, as previously mentioned, is 200. With Valiant Thor as Commander, there are four crew members who serve in the capacity of Vice Commander. These include Donn, Thonn, Teel and the Medical Officer who is known as “Doc”. These commanders have been chosen to serve until further advised. 

The rest of the compliment are those from the home planet Venus who have elected to serve under the direct command of Commander Val Thor. From time to time, however, there are those from other systems who volunteer to serve on VICTOR ONE for short periods to time…about three Earth months. This is done so that those of the crew members who wish to return home for a time may do so without disrupting the vital functions of the ship. Remember, life is not the same on their planets as it is here on Earth. No person or job is looked upon as any more or less important than any other person or job.
