PUBLIC Laws and Orders clearly outline what’s going on but that’s not what you “experts” do or want.

I guess that’s why Joe Biden had 3 Cannons at Arlington on January 20, 2021, which is NOT a 21 Gun Salute, it’s a Funeral Honors for an American Ambassador returning to US but not on official business.

Which that was NOT the 3rd Infantry Regiment anyways, the actors shown were all wearing non-regulation coats, and there was not a Commissioned Officer present which would be a violation of Army Regulations 600-25.
