  • A trusted military intelligence contact confirmed that GCR Liquidity release began at exactly 3:00 PM PDT on Wed. 7 Aug. 2024 and would unfold over the next 72 hours. “The Sovereign Committee and US federal government have just approved T4A and B payments – this has started Reno, Miami, and other East Coast states.”
  • Sources said the delays in setting Tier4b appointments (which were to be made starting Sat. 10 Aug.) were from making sure the QFS system and all the test clients were done perfectly so they can see their funds in their accounts (or hold SKRs) but would not be able to use these funds until the shotgun start has started.

  • I offer my condolences to the Patriots who died in the plane crash. Imagine the kind of people they were to receive to help thousands of people, and they were quite well known in the RV community breaks my heart.   • Those holding ZIM bonds will receive a $500 million advance until structured payments begin.
  • All non-ZIM FX proceeds (currency exchanges) will be immediately accessible.
  • For those who choose to place their funds under a structured payment program (SPP), there will be an advance of up to $250 million until the first SPP payment is made.
  • You will have 90 days to exchange
    Have all currency on a spreadsheet and a copy for your appointment personal.
    Currency should be separated by countries and denominations
    Have your projects ready with a copy for your appointment personal.
    Have your amounts ready to take care of your immediate needs.
    No cash will be given, but an account of $50,000 to $100,000 will be put in your account
    You can bring accountants, lawyers, banker and or family members but all must sign a NDA

On International Default Rates (not Humanitarian):

Dinar will value at a “RI” rate from the time Iraq was invaded which would put it around $3.22 – $3.78

Zim was being offered at a default rate of first two 100T aa bond notes up to 30 T notes at $20 Million each, 31 T notes and up would default to $15 million decreasing the more notes you own.

HOWEVER the AA Zim are Bonds and we have been told they can NOT be renegotiated, ASK for the contract/solverant rate

These rates can be negotiated on your second visit with your projects and team members.

All people already have their QFS account set up. It contains all their personal data and their DNA.

  • In the US the money from your birth certificate is already deposited in that account, as well as the repayment of the loans you have requested, student loans, mortgages, etc.
  • We all have monies that is ours in those accounts. You do not need to have Zim Bonds or Dinar. It is money that you have earned during your life and that is in that account.
  • Once everyone has collected the bonuses, the general public will come, they will be called to the redemption center, they will be given a QFS card and they can use their money.

Judy Note On Write Ups for Humanitarian Projects Funding: There appeared to be considerable differences in the information being put out by Julian Assange vs. DaveXRP Lion on Foreign Currency Exchanges and Zim Bond Redemption monies.

Please be aware that I greatly respect both Assange and Dave, but am confused by the different messages being released to the public. I am in hopes, as I am sure most of you are, that official instructions will soon be released so that all of us can properly prepare for our Currency exchanges and Zim Bond redemption.

The following differences were what I and others have noticed:

Julian Assange:

  • At redemption your first two 100 Trillion $ Bond Notes will be paid out at a 1:1 US $. That is, you would receive $200 Trillion US for your first two 100 Trillion Bond Notes.
  • After that you are paid $25 million (per 100T) for up to 30 100 T$ Bond Notes.
  • If you have more than 30 Zim Bond Notes and need more than what you have already been given for your project, you can make another appointment to discuss.
  • No mention was made of how much of that $ you can use for yourself and how much must be dedicated to your project, though it was assumed that the vast majority (at least 80%) of the money you redeemed from your Zim would go toward your project or other Humanitarian Projects.
  • Assange indicates that your Humanitarian Project does not have to be approved in order for you to receive your redemption monies.
  • Assange says that the exchange rate and monies you receive for your exchange of different foreign currency is the same for everyone (depending upon the country where you reside), is for your own use (and not necessarily a Humanitarian Project) and is available to you immediately after your exchange.
  • Assange makes no suggestions or spells out any requirements on how to write up your Humanitarian Project.
  • In the past we have been told to write up a 1-2 page summary of your project and goals, indicating how long you wish your project to last, how many people it can employ and include a very rough estimate of how much money you will need to run the project. It should also have a short paragraph about yourself and why you are qualified to run the project.

Dave XRP Lion:

  • A 100T Zim Note was worth $3.75 Billion to $2.75 Billion US.
  • We could retain 20% of those monies for our own use.
  • Dave did not imply that there were any limitations on redemption of your Zim as Assange has indicated.
  • Dave says that foreign currency exchange monies are to be used for humanitarian projects with a small percentage dedicated for our personal use.
  • Dave maintains that the amount of monies you receive for your Humanitarian Project, plus how much money you receive for yourself is determined through your Humanitarian Project’s approval.
  • Dave gives instructions on how to write up your Humanitarian Project proposal so that you get a higher exchange rate. Several people have complained that the instructions were found difficult to apply.

I read your comments re Dave XRPLion.  I had a great deal of difficulty with his latest exhortation:  “Use this template to outline your humanitarian projects.  This is the only one approved.  Any other format will not be accepted, and your funds will revert to government projects, completely out of your hands.”

Needless to day, I was perturbed.  I worked at it for three days without success, only to find out that he had removed the “fillable in” template from the Internet June 2, 2024, and I had just discovered his exhortation and template guide on August 6th.  I also discovered that those who had succeeded in filling out the template had to pay a fee to print it out from his website.  Those two “events” raised red flags for me:  (1) If he were truly interested in helping us get our projects approved, he would have left the template up; and (2) the fact the he was charging a fee for the print-out made me suspicious.

I cannot speak to the rest of the information he disseminated about redemption rates and process, etc.  Personally, I would go with Julian Assange and his information.  Just my take . . .
