If the EBS comes about utility and MSM companies may just cut off services for customers to make sure their customers pay them and not hear about the corrupt cabal.
Maybe it is time that when the EBS is to come about then the US Military Generals will have given these utility and MSM companies notice that if they cut off services for their customers their Administrators and employees involved will be in contempt of a JAG or CIC order for denying the EBS to be brought to the people.
If the EBS should come by Mon., 12 Aug. then these notices should be coming out this week and not anytime while the EBS is already ongoing.
Even if the people cannot pay in time, because the banks, credit unions, phone services, internet and USPS are closed or turned off, then the utility and MSM companies cannot just cut off the services by their own will and make it harsh conditions for their customers, primarily the natural gas, water and electricity as in a natural disaster.
If we do have the EBS coming out then there should be somewhat of a notice with a $1,000 or more deposited in each of our present bank / credit union accounts for some survival and not just a cell phone message just hours away from the EBS coming, and this will be some extra cash to pull out for an extra week or two for those already in bad conditions. Sure, may the deposits after 9 PM and the EBS comes at midnight, LOL!
