No. student residence is not considered a permanent domicile/residence. Rather, for a college student. Example: A home residence is considered his legal domicile while his student abode is temporary.
Another example. A student cannot list her student housing residence in another state in order to qualify for in-state tuition. Likewise, a student cannot claim a student address as permanent domicile to meet the Wong rule and enable his or her newborn to become a U.S. citizen.
The Wong Kim Ark decision created a simple test for jurisdiction for which all the elements must be true before it applies:
1. Child was born in the U.S.
2. Birth parents are citizens of, and subject to the laws of, a foreign country.

The reason why things are being rolled out in the fashion we are witnessing is because of the reasons listed above. They have to make this look a certain way. They know Kamala Harris can not legally hold office. Which is why they can not make it appear as though she is officially taking the driver seat. Because then this would put people in government in the hot seat. So she will be doing everything Joe Biden is supposed to be doing. But they can not declare him dead because then they would be forced to refer to K. Harris as the president?
Do you all understand? This is why the weird phone recordings are being reported. It’s like being in limbo at this stage. Because everyone in the media is getting behind to support her. But can not refer to her as president. This is why we will never get an announcement the Joe Biden is dead until maybe next year.
They are going to milk his corpse just like they did Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Remember she was being paraded around everywhere as if she was alive for months before media decided to officially declare her dead? She was a lot of people get out if jail free card. Especially if you were a P*d•.
