SCOTUS Rules on Trump as Republic President?

With the recent ruling of SCOTUS on Presidential Immunity Trump does NOT have Immunity to declare all other candidates for President of the USA Republic to be Unconstitutional.

These present nine Supreme Court Justices are members of the B.A.R. and still have loyalty to the British Crown and are in violation of the original 13th Amendment ‘Titles of Nobility Act,’ which is specified in the US Constitution itself, but it had to be made an Amendment to clarify it! SCOTUS may have not ruled under Common Law per CIC Trump!

If Trump were to try this then it would be an ‘unofficial act’ in the USA, INC. as well as in the USA Republic and therefore We The People can file criminal charges of Treason against Trump himself starting with voting him with ZERO Votes.

This SCOTUS ruling has nothing to do with the Commander-in-Chief, but if CIC Trump were to make this decision while we are under Martial Law then he is no different to take action than as Unconstitutional B.A.R. Attorney / President Lincoln did with starting the Civil War and declaring Martial Law in all those 34 states along with the territories.

By the way, what is said is not always the truth and it may come to the extreme of going off the charts as in this thermometer as it appears to be with the global warming where I live up to 124 degrees F on Monday, and there is a spider that is lurking around at the top ready to take advantage of the situation.

“President Trump will likely be reinstated as the duly elected US President prior to the announcement of NESARA.” As of 8 July, 2024 there has been no ‘public’ statement of SCOTUS making a ruling on the Brunson Brothers case of the 2020 election which was to happen on 1 July. The ‘public’ reinstatement of Trump as POTUS has not been made ‘public,’ thus any acts he does without the FULL ‘public’ knowledge is really an Act of Treason. Everything Trump does cannot be classified as We The People run this country and if he does not inform us of everything then he must go!

“Sun. 30 June 2024: Look for something to happen around Mon. 8 July in regards to the NESARA announcement that will tie in with November 5th, allowing for the 120 days.”

“Timing appears to be that (1) On Sun. 7 April or Mon. 8 April POTUS tweets “The Storm is Upon Us.” (2) On Mon. 8 April a Solar Eclipse also brings in Martial Law and (3) Ten Days of Darkness where (4) the new Starlink Satellite System takes over Mainstream Media and (5) Mass Arrests are made on over 500,000 indictments that (6) take down evil Cabal governments worldwide and (7) the Global Currency Reset brings gold/asset-backed currencies back to The People in Sovereign Nations Worldwide.” Something was to happen back on 8 Apr., 2024 with the North American Solar Eclipse, but it has been three months already and still nothing. It’s like Biden stating; steel, steal or still and no one knows for sure what he is talking about.

If nothing happens by the USA, INC. 2024 Republican National Convention, as things were reported to happen when it starts on 15 July, then something is really wrong.

If POTUS tweets “The Storm is Upon Us.” to only those members of ‘Truth’ then that is Not FULL ‘public’ knowledge as many are not on ‘Truth’!

“From now on all Voting Worldwide will be done over our phones and computers through the new secure Quantum System. No more voter fraud.” Thus, it has come around to be the 22nd century of Voting! If you do NOT have a cell phone or computer to vote then you CANNOT vote! Many seniors, teenagers and disabled people, which presently can vote, and those in foreign countries that are impoverished do NOT have cell phones or computers. Most if not all that have Microsoft Windows have back doors to foreign programmers and they keep and sell your info or deny you from doing anything including now the voting! Computer hackers can vote the way the DS want you to vote as they have your ID!

The rumors of the announcement of NESARA has been made ‘public’ in the past, over and over again, and thus the November 5th elections is beyond the 120 days to be lawful for NESARA, but what was made ‘public’ is not for all people to know about it as many things have been made ‘public,’ but many have not known about it like each sports’ annual championships, the Olympic Games to be coming to Paris in 2024 and even when the 2024 Republican National Convention is happening and location of it.

“All banks have signed Non Disclosure Agreements.” Thus, they cannot reveal that we have the New Rainbow Currency, the USN, when we do or that you are to have an individual QFS Account and this is to be ‘public’? Has your agreement for this on your bank / credit union account been in white text on white paper in fine print and you were to know about it, but you signed for it anyways?

This meaning as going ‘public’ also goes for player Shohei Ohtani broke a Dodgers franchise record by recording at least one RBI in 10 consecutive games in a single season beating, 3 Dodgers’ players, the most recent Roy Campanella (1955) that lasted for 69 years. Only those that follow the Dodgers see that it was ‘public.’ Can Ohtani break any of Babe Ruth’s records as being a pitcher and batter as the way he is playing now? MLB will be halted if the EBS comes about soon and some sports enthusiasts won’t like that one bit.

So CIC Trump has NO ‘official act’ basis to make the announcement of NESARA to be ‘public’ to just a select group and not to ALL Americans, as it relates to ALL Americans, and in a few years others will find out they have been scammed since 2024? And CIC Trump does not have to make any effort to make the EBS put out there to ALL the ‘public’?

“On our TVs and Radios the EBS will play eight hour documentaries three times a day for ten days (called Ten Days of Communication Darkness).” So for those that have no TV to watch the EBS and the EBS only shows portions of the corruption with no spoken words then We The People are uninformed if we even do receive radio reception. This will also most likely be posted in English and no other language. There cannot be a statement of read here closely to the wording for the radio EBS. Closed Caption does not happen in radio!

The man spoken of here in this video below from Tennessee just had his drivers license revoked has US Citizen parents, but he just happened to be born in Canada 77 years ago, now he may not receive any Social Security benefits and NESARA and R&R payouts just because of some bureaucratic rules. He served in the US Military for 4 years and has had a drivers license for 61 years along with driving commercially and could vote in America. But now he will not be able to vote. According to the US Constitution he can be President of the USA. Will he be shipped off to Canada because he is not a ‘legal’ US Citizen now, but those foreigners that come across the borders without verification can be here? Or can he be declared a Sovereign American?

Will the ballots that have already been made out for the USA, INC. November 5th elections only include the candidates for those offices which many no longer exist and many reapplying candidates are already to be sitting in prison?

Will Trump not allow any Sovereign People to run for office and it becomes a sole dictatorship as no other office can exist as Trump will not tell anyone till 6 Nov. after he wins the USA, INC. / USA Republic election? No Sovereign People will be elected in as a Governor of the Republic states so he will continue as the CIC / Republic President under Martial Law.

How many clones or doubles are presently standing in for those that were sent to prison? This is like Mel Brooks making the film Blazing Saddles where anything bad in the film can happen and was approved of by himself, which would not stand in the industry for today.

There is also talk not only of VP Kamala Harris to replace Resident Biden as interim President and then appoint Michelle Obama as VP, but when Kamala also steps down then Michelle moves in as interim President may just appoint Barack Obama as VP to finish out the Biden/Harris term for several months. Barack still complies with the 22nd Amendment.

Here is the Twenty-Second Amendment, Section 1:

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”

Truman and LBJ went thru this as being elected into office for their next term, but only LBJ could be elected in as President for another term as he took over for JFK as it was less than two years of JFK’s term of office.

Can you figure this out before reading this paragraph? This is very tricky on how this can play out to cut corners for the Democrats per the “shall be elected to the office of the President” as it is not specified for the Vice President being elected as it is not inclusive for it. This is just as tricky as the Presidential Immunity SCOTUS just ruled upon with Trump as the specifics need to be detailed out. In other words, Michelle can be acting President and Barack can be acting VP to then run for office and be elected in 2024 as such for Barack to be assisting Michelle for another four years of which he would have served another term as President via by being VP and get away with the legalities till SCOTUS makes a court decision on this.

Did you ever see this coming??? But Barack in a co-op position may be better than Hillary, Governor Newsom or anyone else they can find.

If Trump is reinstated as the duly elected US President from 2020 then he is prohibited to be running for office as US President for 2024 and cannot be on the ballots now! Catch-22 all the way around! Trump as USA Republic President cannot remove the 22nd Amendment but keep the 25th Amendment for Congress to remove Biden.
