The basics of Marbury v. Madison from 1803 is that any laws, statutes or anything contrary to the US Constitution, at any level of government or private business, is VOID from the start!
This is the actual Republic SCOTUS and not a decision from any corporate SCOTUS. One of the undelivered commissions to be judge belonged to William Marbury to then file a lawsuit against Secretary of State, James Madison which Marbury lost this case which SCOTUS did prior expand their Jurisdiction and in violation of the US Constitution. It was a basic catch-22 on both sides along with SCOTUS at the center of it correcting the matter from a previous Law passed and struck down part of that Law.
SCOTUS made this ruling prior to the original 13th Amendment of 1819 ‘Titles of Noblity Act,’ B.A.R. attorney Lincoln coming into office in 1861 and the ‘Organic Act of 1871’ taking action with THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. coming about, thus that government corporation was Null and Void before it happened and we are to have our Republic in place once We The People get it in the hands of the proper People.
Any city, county, state or private business that passes any anti; gun, free speech, protesting like on J6, photographing and video taping people and buildings in public laws are actually Null and Void!
If you are brought into court for Unconstitutional violations then bring up Marbury v. Madison or even bring it up during the attempt of being arrested by also stating that along with your 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendment Rights. The 1st Amendment does not negate the 5th Amendment and vice versa, be careful what you say, but claim your Rights.
We do not need CIC Trump, the White Hats, and/or the US Military to come in with Martial Law except for to help out to take down the DS and if they stop We The People from taking control of our original Republic then we claim Marbury v. Madison.
Those Newcomers, Non-Authorized People, that want to vote here in the USA cannot vote here per Marbury v. Madison!

The 2020 election and Trump’s court cases are surely in violation of Marbury v. Madison!

Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137 (1803), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that established the principle of judicial review, meaning that American courts have the power to strike down laws and statutes they find to violate the Constitution of the United States. Decided in 1803, Marbury is regarded as the single most important decision in American constitutional law.[1][2] It established that the U.S. Constitution is actual law, not just a statement of political principles and ideals. It also helped define the boundary between the constitutionally separate executive and judicial branches of the federal government.
“The case originated in early 1801 and stemmed from the rivalry between outgoing President John Adams and incoming President Thomas Jefferson.[3] Adams, a member of the Federalist Party, had lost the U.S. presidential election of 1800 to Jefferson, who led the Democratic-Republican Party. In March 1801, just two days before his term as president ended, Adams appointed several dozen Federalist Party supporters to new circuit judge and justice of the peace positions in an attempt to frustrate Jefferson and the Democratic-Republicans.[4] The outgoing U.S. Senate quickly confirmed Adams’s appointments, but outgoing Secretary of State John Marshall was unable to deliver all of the new judges’ commissions before Adams’s departure and Jefferson’s inauguration.[4] Jefferson believed the undelivered commissions were void and instructed his Secretary of State, James Madison, not to deliver them.[5] One of the undelivered commissions belonged to William Marbury, a Maryland businessman who had been a strong supporter of Adams and the Federalists. In late 1801, after Madison had repeatedly refused to deliver his commission, Marbury filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court asking the Court to issue a writ of mandamus forcing Madison to deliver his commission.[6]
“In an opinion written by Marshall, who by then had been appointed Chief Justice of the United States, the Supreme Court held that Madison’s refusal to deliver Marbury’s commission was illegal. The Court also held that it was normally proper in such situations for a court to order the government official in question to deliver the commission.[7] In Marbury’s case, however, the Court did not order Madison to comply. Examining the law Congress had passed to define Supreme Court jurisdiction over types of cases like Marbury’s—Section 13 of the Judiciary Act of 1789—the Court found that the Act had expanded the definition of the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction beyond what was originally set forth in the U.S. Constitution.[8] The Court then struck down Section 13 of the Act, announcing that American courts have the power to invalidate laws that they find to violate the Constitution—a power now known as judicial review.[9] Because striking down the law removed any jurisdiction the Court might have had over the case, the Court could not issue the writ that Marbury had requested.”
Will Trump bring up during the Presidential Debate Marbury v. Madison on the USA, INC. and some of the corruption since 1871? Will this trigger the announcement of NESARA and the EBS while many are watching? A gag order cannot be in place where Trump cannot say anything or he is arrested on stage on live TV. If Trump announces NESARA tonight then possibly the EBS goes into effect at midnight EDT with it ending at 12 AM EDT, 8 July, 2024. So the happenings of things coming about will happen while there is a shut down. This is 6 PM in Hawaii 6 hours on the clock earlier.

Will CNN now claim copyrights on the Presidential Debate of 27 June as no one may report on anything Trump or Biden have said in that Debate as CNN has the sole rights to the producing and filming of the broadcast?
It is as bad as Webster’s Dictionary laying claims with the copyrights of every word in the human language. A cop can have you arrested for speaking and your attorney cannot defend you as it belongs to Webster’s Dictionary?
It is also as bad as Wikipedia laying claims on everything they have posted even though they got it from elsewhere.
The US Constitution does not allow those things to happen!
On my posting yesterday of Frontier phone and internet is I was able to contact them by phone and they had major issues on their website being down and they’re trying to resolve it, but what was the cause I don’t know, yet stating my services were disconnected is weird. Did someone hack them to prove a point and make chaos? What a coincidence that it happens now with issues in the whole country and the Debate.
