When Trump appears to succeed and comes back at the DS they will come out and claim there is already precedent set in place for any Retaliation is Prohibited!
Trump claims that he set the precedent on numerous issues, backed by the US Supreme Court, but the DS doesn’t see it that way as they see it that Trump is a loser and he just wants Retaliation.
It comes all the way down to local law enforcement doing wrong and We The People file a lawsuit against them and the law enforcement claims Qualified Immunity, which many times We The People lose based solely on an ambiguous SCOTUS decision even when it violates the US and state’s Constitutions.
Did Trump set precedent for being the first Commander-in-Chief that was put in place without being President of the USA, or was he already still President? The US Military voted Trump in as their CIC in March 2021.
Reports are coming out that all US Veterans are to turn in their guns or have their guns confiscated and even they are to be arrested if they have any appearance to be supporting Trump as CIC. They are a danger to the present governing body.
Since Trump has been seen in public, after his convictions, will there be an Arrest Warrant issued on him for any Sheriff, US Marshal or bounty hunter to make an attempted arrest or go all out and shoot him for resisting arrest? And Trump was not a spy in meeting with foreign leaders as he was President of the USA.
That should NOT happen as if the Arrest Warrant was issued then the Judge who gave that order can be charged with attempted murder and Treason even if nothing happens. And executing the USA CIC is a violation of the US Code, UCMJ and DOD regulations.
