The “good cops” give a pass to bad cops, making the good cops ACCESSORIES (co-conspirators / FELONS).
It is utterly illogical (insane) to see a FELON as a good cop.
Even the police departments turn a blind eye by investigating themselves and condoning misconduct.
Resignation, and rehire at another department is not a consequence for R**e, Bodily Injury (paralyzed), T-----e, or Murder.
There is no provision in the Constitution for Policing or the BAR Mafia, both are S-----c institutions. Policing originated as Catching Runaway Slaves.
