Realizing and becoming Self Aware of this moment is the hardest and most simplest thing to do. The hardest is because you are addicted to a dream and you do not want to wake up from it. It is what the matrix movie hints at. That you are in an artificial world.
The movie says that you are a captive in a real objective world but you are not aware that you are a captive. It is actually much simpler than that and more dramatic,,,,in fact.It is more dramatic because the idea of you as a Soul being trapped in a body and then trapped in some alien world where your life energy is sucked from you is not accurate because its”still a dream”,,,,WITHIN YOUR AWARENESS…. Therefore, all the while “YOU” are dreaming and having an experiencing WITHIN YOUR OWN INFINITE COSMIC MIND. In that “MIND”…a world that is not real and not inside a computer program happens as an experience for the AWARENESS….which is YOU/REALITY…..All “happening”…within yourself or experienced as inside your Cosmic Consciousness.
It is experienced like that if you are “awake”….but hardly none of the dream characters I know are awake.Which leaves you with a huge dilemma and stumbling block to waking up. If you wake up,? You realize that YOU ARE THE ONLY AWARENESS HERE IN THIS NOW. So….You are not trapped inside a computer program but you are trapped into believing that a dream that you are having is… “Real”…all the while you do not realize that you are the dreamer.
Realizing that you are the dreamer of the dream is the same as realizing that ” NOTHING IS REAL BUT THIS MOMENT”…..that is the hardest and easiest thing to do.
This moment. Do you notice it? Notice it. Then notice that you are always in this moment. Does this moment ever end?….No… it does not end. It never ends or shuts off. Awareness can not be shut off. It never sleeps….but YOU think you sleep and are a trapped human in a body, YET?… you are in fact sleep and in your own dream. This is the Realization that the NOW brings. This is not a mind experience but it is an awareness experience of “FEELING” OR “BEING”. It is this moment that once again holds dreams and that is because that is the SOURCE OF THE NOW AND ALSO THE DREAM IN THE NOW.
Self Realization is a tern that has been used to describe this simple realization. This is enlightenment”..that Sages seek and share in the dream to you. Sages and God ideas are all also dreams. Because “EVERY EXPERIENCE CAN ONLY HAPPEN AS A DREAM. So there is no order of dreams where one calibrates higher or lower vs some made up standard of morality. There really are no standards in a dream YOU can dream or immagine any world or reality you like in dreams. If you look at this insane world. It proves that anything is possible and nothing is hindered in manifestations…..because in the end nothing is happening but a dream? When “YOU AS THE REALITY”….are safe in bed in a matter of speaking…..or you realize that YOU ARE THE WHOLE REALITY.
Yes….YOU realize that ONLY IN THE NOW….Because the now….in this now…”IS WHAT AWARENESS IS”……THAT….that ‘NOW IS ALL THERE IS”… In that now,…ALL movies happen such as that thing called your life and the you that thinks it is …”BORN”…. IS really only an appearance of being in a movie with you the star of the show or YOUR LIFE.

But your a false star because the moment (OR THE NOW”….is not on the screen of what you perceive….but is holding the movie within it. In the NOW you are present….and Self Aware…..LIVING LIFE….which IS A MOVIE within the present moment that is always aware.
YOU are therefore more than a movie star…..YOU ARE EVERYTHING…..and that everything is YOU and there is only one YOU. But you say how can that be? Three are billions of people out there in LIFE.
But that is the illusion of the Matrix mind creation. Or a Dream that is just happening always fresh and new with no plan or direction but spontaneous manifestation or not.
Spontaneous manifestation is the movie. Like the old kind of film movie real where many frozen still picture frames are sped up and light is passed through the picture to produce the illusion of LIFE or movement or suffering or everything.
But that everything in the movie within the perception of Awareness….is not really ‘REAL’ ?….if you consider that YOU ARE THE AWARE REALITY. So to YOU and what you are?…NOTHING EVER HAPPENS…..a dream happens in MIND…..New each moment in the now.
It has been said that all moments and possibilities that we experience in our life are always in the NOW. That is true because it is always in your mind as the aware dreamer or the REALITY.
So there is no time and no space and no solide world. Dreams are dreams…..but REALITY IS YOU…YOU ARE EVERYTHING…..as Awareness….and never anything non-manifested such as a dream.

So when you realize or suspect that you are in a dream. What do you do to wake up?….YOU NOTICE THIS NOW MOMENT!……and stay there as the mind tries to lure you back into thinking and dreaming. It will be a fight if you are called to wake up.
In that moment YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU ARE AWARE AND ARE THE REALITY…..Then the dream is over and nothing happened to the dream character that you thought was YOU. But YOU are YOU and YOU ARE THE NOW MOMENT.
That is what is REAL….this NOW MOMENT.
