Judges for USA Republic
Who will be selecting the judges for the USA Republic; CIC Trump, USA Military Generals, White Hats or will it be by We The People in the election process in the New NESARA USA Republic elections?
The lower court judges are usually voted into office by We The People at election time, but for the higher courts they are appointed by the higher authorities like the Governor or the President of the USA.
It may have already been determined by the court rulings made by the judges themselves according to the USA Republic Constitution of who will be allowed as a USA Republic and even the attorneys as now they must go by Common Law.
The judges involved with the court cases with Trump should surely be arrested and never have a chance to serve in the USA Republic.
To know who is really qualified to serve and has the foresay knowledge of the real USA Constitution and will honor it for We The People is to have an in depth investigation on them by numerous sources and have that available for We The People to have our own foresay knowledge of who to select and approve and not have Military Rule/Martial Law select them for us.
Once in office will these new judges be going thru all the prior cases to determine who is to stay in prison and who is to be released and with their cases dismissed or even their records expunged? Or will we just go from here on and use Common law where everyone sitting in prison went by Admiralty Law and we start fresh from this day forward with no redacting the past?

If we did redact the past then there will be a tedious on going of actions to be taken to go thru everything all the way back to what law enforcement did on these cases and then their Qualify Immunity redacted in many cases for what they thought they had that authority to commit the crimes against the accused.
Now to get going on this for We The People is to get an official document made like a summons, with the help of the US Military while under Martial Law, to then serve these erroneous, BAR member, judges to comply with the USA Republic Constitution or they will be in contempt of court, Martial Law style.
Maybe Martial Law was already been put in place and the judges know about it, but they need to play along till the time comes for the public to know NESARA is really in place and there present actions are to lenient towards the USA Republic Constitution and not present court rulings
