Government Sovereign Immunity
Can a Government claim Sovereign Immunity when they are not that type of class especially when someone tries to sue them in court? That is what they just put in so they can do what they want to We The People.
This is like an American that wants to be a Living Being claiming to be a Sovereign Citizen which cannot exist, double negative.
I saw a video and it specified that the attorney for the woman filed an Eminent Domain lawsuit against the Government in destroying her home and the police claimed Sovereign/Qualified Immunity, but the government lost as it was the takings’ clause in the US Constitution which is not permitted and not by the Government Sovereign/Qualified Immunity.

Now you We The People should go out and find as many court cases that used the Government in claiming, specifically, Sovereign Immunity as that is where they are NOT a corporation and NOT have a charter, and if they do their corporations are above the law, violating their own laws and any states’ and/or the US Constitutions.
Find this case especially as it is the precedent for all the others.

If you can get multiple cases that even went to the Appeals Court or any Supreme Court then the Government just committed fraud as with The Farmer Claims Program. It does not matter if they won or lost, it is what they claimed to be and how they put it in their documentation for the case.
This is like them stating that they are the Government and they are Sovereign no matter what anybody says and whatever any Government entity says it is that is the way it just is.
It is like NYC banning guns in their city and they do not care about the 2nd Amendment. So if you even have a gun for self defense you are going to prison.
If someone can get these cases together in an immediate fashion then that can wake people up as to how our present Government makes themselves Sovereign, but each of us is not Sovereign. This can also help Trump and the White Hats in moving with We The People actually taking action with much backing them with the documentation.
So the individuals in the Government that claim they are Sovereign then when did they become Sovereign as to when they were hired, elected or put in that position of that so-called Sovereign Government? But outside of that Sovereign Government they are just like the rest of us where they are just persons or US Citizens?
If they have a drivers license, SSN, pay income taxes and all the other taxes then they are NOT Sovereign, even in their Sovereign Government position. Neither Trump nor Biden are Sovereign Beings at this time.
By the way, my posting of ‘EBS Coming Memorial Day Weekend?’ from May 23, 2023 still has not happened coming up on a year later, so will we have the EBS by the end of May 2024? Memorial Day is 27 May, 2024.
