Both Alliance and Cabal Have Looking Glass

Steve: The Looking Glass has been in use since at least the late 20th Century that I know of. At present this galactic technology appears to be in the hands of both the Earth Alliance and the cabal.
It forecasts that the great awakening presently occurring cannot be prevented and so the deep state – at some level – knows its time is ending.
Use of the Looking Glass would explain Q’s uncanny ability to predict the future.
