When the time comes there will have to be verification with everyone that they are U.S. Citizens that officially become Sovereign People or they are foreigners legal or illegal.
Some have already taken the steps to become Sovereign People, but also that has to be entered into the system of the Sovereign USA Republic and verified they did it properly. There may be several different ways on how people claimed their Sovereignty, but some claimed it for different government states or nations that will not exist within the USA Republic as some may have claimed it as they are a Sovereign National when maybe it should be an American Sovereign or their present state Sovereign.
There should be a process for every adult to gain access to their QFS Account and not just every adult here in America has one here where the U.S. Citizen becomes a Sovereign People. They already have become one, but they must know they are one with the USA Republic.
This is where the ‘Stop and ID’ implementation comes about no matter what state law is in effect or not or else the bad people will just be handed a QFS Account just because they are here, so some will claim it is racism or discrimination if they are refused.
Passports and every government document on them or documents for banks, businesses and other contracts that specify what type of citizen you are must be redone. The Drivers License must be removed and just a certification of passing a drivers test needed for life except for driving commercially where a Drivers License will be required and maybe the present standards will continue on them.
There will be much that is necessary and maybe this is where the White Hats are still working on these as more and more questions keep coming up and they need to be answered before we go all out and change over to the USA Republic.
Maybe we step into the pot at first with what we have and then give leeway for some items that need to be changed sooner than later and not have it done all at once before the 10 days of shut down is complete.

This is where it will be important though to catch the illegal immigrants and the criminals that want to exchange mass amounts of cash for the ‘Rainbow Currency’ and the harder criminals will finally be caught is they want to gain access to their QFS Account, but they will be denied.
