The 4th Amendment has no provision for: Detention, Officer Safety, Failure to ID, Reasonable Articulable Suspicion, Exigent Circumstances, Pat-down, Pain Compliance, Taser, Deadly Force, Less Than Lethal, K--------g, Human T---------g, No Knock Warrant, Dogs, Wrong Address, Policing, Investigation, Inspection, Inventory, Immunity, Traffic Stops, Fascism, Trespass, etc. The only practice condoned in the 4A is seizure pursuant to a warrant, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (The word “upon” means “probable cause” comes before a “warrant”, not after the search.) The SCOTUS is a Private Corporation (see D&B). You (slaves) have No Standing at the Supreme Court.

No ID is needed to make an arrest, ID is used to avoid arrest; “Show me ID or I will arrest you.” (Cops want the money / bounty ID provides, not the hassle K--------g creates.) You and I are a Paycheck to the police who stop us. The money come from your Social Security Account linked to your License (ID).
When approached by a HIRED GUNMAN; roll up your window, and lock your doors. They do not work for the Law or People, they work for the BANKERS.
POLICING = TREASON There is no Amendment aka Law making Policing legitimate or lawful. There is a difference between the Constitution and Motor Vehicle Code. The Constitution is LAW, and the Code is Corporate POLICY (Fascism).
