POEM for the POPULAR OPINIONATED
What mouths speak
in their un-restful sleep
should not be trusted.
With such closed minds
you will remain deaf and blind
until you are adjusted.
Certain news will come
that will surely strike you dumb
until you can digest it;
then perhaps you’ll see quite well
the misled, angry, perversity
of the controls you have so fastly held.
So sure, so sure, such certainty
in itself should be a caution
not to a---e your opposition
nor treat them with such suspicion
when both science and evolution
stem from unfettered thinking.
Advances could not be advanced
without leaping beyond the past
and over piercing fences of opposition.

Those who see furthest forward
are always the ones who get blasted,
facing cruel censures from the makers of consensus.
Yet patiently, we melt contours of the mould
until everyone feels awkward
when spells and chains fall away and gates open.
When the real art of the deal is revealed
your indoctrinators & malpractitioners will be in prison
and all the truthers shall gracefully dance free.
Perhaps you should tremble a little,
but please don’t feel sorry for me –
I will be gone over the hills to greener valleys.
