Can this happen with the Emergency Broadcast System to begin 22 March and have the Gregorian to Julian calendar change being on 1 Apr. 2024?
“Judy Note: Is Mr. Pool talking about the EBS starting on Fri. 22 March and going to the end of the month? Mon. 1 April is the Julian Calendar New Year’s Day, and perhaps release of the GCR to the General Public.”
No one has specified that the EBS is only for the USA, but could be for all the world and the world shuts down for 10 days. If it is only for the USA and public transportation can continue for Canada, Mexico and the rest of the world then they will have problems coming and going with the USA in the way while being shut down.
It is another thing that Easter, for those that recognize it, will be canceled due to the EBS and many will be upset as it is on [G] Sun. 31 Mar., but if we have the Gregorian to Julian calendar change then it may occur just two weeks later now on [J] Sun. 31 Mar. and then “Mon. 1 April is the Julian Calendar New Year’s Day.”
My calculations for both of these to happen is with the EBS to begin the 10 days shut down at 12 AM EDT 22 Mar. to end 12 AM EDT 1 Apr. and then the Gregorian to Julian calendar change starting on [G] Mon. 4/1/24, [J] Tues. 3/19/24, then we can have the 10 days plus of the EBS without any hassle and get back to normal possibly [J] Tues. 3/19/24. We pick up 3 days to get straightened out.
The Gregorian to Julian calendar change should happen at the same second worldwide and not like in the USA with our Daylight Savings Time changes at 2 AM for each time zone. Thus if we go by [G] 12 AM EDT Mon. 1 Apr. then it is 5 PM Mon. 1 Apr. in Auckland, NZ and they move back to [J] 5 PM Sun. 17 Mar. before the sun sets and they work 6 days that week.
The Full Moon is at 3 AM EDT Mon. 25 Mar. with the Lunar Eclipse beginning at 12:53 AM EDT lasting for 4:39 hours with the maximum at 3:12 AM EDT.

Input for your city for the best results. Nothing else to do if the EBS is ongoing. If you wait for 3:12 AM Pacific Time you missed it as it happens at the exact same moment around the world.
So far I have not received my Social Security Increase for March and the funds should have come out by 15 Mar. yet it hasn’t yet. With the EBS shut down I cannot receive my SSI benefits for the month of April till after the EBS is complete, but with the calendar change I will have to wait another two weeks, so 6 weeks without anything.
