It has been mentioned that there will be a NESARA 14% sales tax on new items and nothing on food items, like for eating out, but what about cities that impose taxes on other items like fees/fines for their own profits.
Does the NESARA implement the 14% sales tax to be spread out evenly for municipalities, counties, states and federal jurisdictions as to what they are today?
Can each jurisdiction place their own taxes or fees/fines onto the People for infractions of the law or make up their own laws to collect on anything else?
For now the gasoline tax is primarily for the maintaining the roads and highways, but will that be increased to the 14% and be solely for the federal and state highways and not the local roads?
Look at this video, 12 minutes, as the speed cameras set up on a federal highway in one state for the city profit fees. Someone can set the speed limit for only 5 MPH over the speed limit for all vehicles going by at the same time for them to receive a ticket, and even if you are 5 MPH below the speed limit you can receive a ticket and the camera will not go by what the present weather conditions are.

Now this is a fee/fine of violation for police actions to handle and not a tax and is not subject for all people that pass by like on a toll road.

Not much has been brought up with the changes of fines and penalties for law enforcement and the courts to handle, but I think this will all change as now we will be under Common Law and no longer under Admiralty Law and many laws will be changed or removed.
Maybe when we get there into the USA Republic you will have to speak out as we will have totally different governments, federal down to local.
Also with your monthly $100,000 per month NESARA payouts then you can do with what you want to donate to your governments as the Federal Income Tax was totally voluntary, which then became mandatory, but now if your local community wants something done then your residents can put their funds forward to help out and not have everyone payout for those items.
