Most if not all crimes have a Statute of Limitations to then file charges, appeal the decision or file a lawsuit on them, but now how can Trump and the White Hats come after the Deep State for all the crimes they have committed for 110+ years?
Statute of Limitations: “A legal restriction, as by law or court decision, on the time that is allowed to elapse between the arising of a legal claim and the filing of a suit based on such legal claim.”
Murder and manslaughter are the only crimes I can think of that have no Statute of Limitations as they are the most heinous crimes out there besides those against children.
Maybe it would be good if We The People push for these JAG actions at GITMO be halted to wake those that will be charged to have their charges dropped and they can continue with their lives as if nothing happened, thus that will get out there and everyone will see what has been going on.
But using these Statute of Limitations we are then using either the USA, INC. laws or the Deep State BAR DOJ court decisions to have the authority and not the US Constitution or the states’ Constitutions.
Those that were there at the Capital on 6 Jan. 2021 may not have had any charges made on them as of yet, but they still have the Statute of Limitations to hold onto, yet the USA, INC. does not want to comply to allow it on them, and some have not even been arrested yet they are still being searched for.
When the USA Republic comes about those at the Capital on 6 Jan. 2021 that were sent to prison no longer have a job, if they were even released later, and therefore CANNOT receive any “Restitution and Reclamation (R&R) payments” or NESARA payouts, so they get more shot down!

So Trump and the White Hats will enforce their rules on everyone as everyone is equal according to them, but it appears not complying with NESARA law does not have to be enforced for everyone.
Due Process in the US Constitution does not apply for these people and thus the US Constitution is NULL and VOID!
