Fascism is not decreed or decided by a parliament; fascism lives exclusively from participation, that is, through us, if we participate. Fascism arises in times when a state, due to adverse circumstances for which it is usually responsible, has to find a way to get out of the mess without losing power. So to speak, as a result of resignations as a personal assumption of responsibility no longer being fashionable! The ruler is therefore forced to enforce decisions that would never be possible under normal circumstances. In this way he signals that he will enforce these decisions under all circumstances, if necessary with force (expropriations, tax increases, abolition of social measures, etc.)
An extreme measure starts the whole thing, such as: Mask requirement in a pandemic.
Now the door is open to the growth and development of fascism, the informers are now encouraged to live out all their anger and hatred of others, even if not publicly, so to speak, through the back door. Because who wants to admit their hatred? Envy and resentment can now really be fueled, because no one really admits that to themselves either. There are those who are happy when others are thrown out of the shops because they don’t wear a mask, ‘why don’t they do what is asked, we all do it after all’, and there are those who say nothing about it. There are also people who directly threaten “deviants” and not only do they feed fascism but also those who remain silent and do not stop the provocateurs. This gives the provocateurs the strength to carry on, they are in the right. By informing, the executive power feels strong and in the right, because after all there is someone who is on your side. A force of arbitrariness is developing that would never have been possible under normal circumstances and every division among people that is possible is being fueled. Laws and regulations that are completely against common sense are waved through without a signature and enforced by so-called authorities. It is the signature that makes the law or regulation legitimate because someone has to take responsibility for it. But no one wants to take over in the state ranks, it works that way with the sheep. Who is the shepherd here?
