SECRET SOCIETIES – – CLOAK OF DARKNESS
Today is the 1st day of February 2024. A flash of memory hit me this morning. Almost 60 years ago I taught an adult Bible class on a Sunday morning and I taught about times past linking to current events. The theme was how that people become the machinery of evil works. The next paragraph depicts what I can best remember from that lesson I taught.
The lesson was along the theme of Secret Societies and the damage they acclaim. The assassination of President Lincoln was not a ‘DIRECT’ link of hatred. John Wilkes Booth didn’t know, nor did he hate, President Lincoln. He was given an order from a Secret Society in Europe to do a ‘hit’ on the President. He was only doing a job. He did not act alone; however, he was the fall guy. That is all I can tell you from memory.
This ‘flash’ of memory makes me wonder whether the same action / reaction of events today are not the same and from the same source. The ‘source’ of yesteryear and the assassination of Lincoln may be the same source of today. I don’t know.
I recall that one of the Secret Society (at the time of President Lincoln) was called, “The CHARCOAL BURNERS,” also known as, “THE CARBONARI.” According to my search engine they were “an informal network of secret revolutionary societies active in Italy from about 1800 to 1831.” Just search for, “who were the Carbonari?”
Something tells me that we may have just found the “Achilles Heal” of the tumultuous activity occurring in the world right now. Maybe a spotlight should be turned on Secret Societies like the Skull & Bones, Masons, etc. And, with all the talk about Climate Change, you might want to look for the Carbonari (CHARCOAL BURNERS). All I’m saying is that someone needs to shine a spotlight on Secret Societies. Make that spotlight so hot it’ll torch their cloak of darkness.
