It’s been suggested to me that accusing people of Narcissism is insulting. I intended it to be factual.
Are we insulted by being accused of being Mammal, Animal, Biological? No.
As animals we were born with Survival Instincts. Our instincts are necessary to survive “Nature”. This is what our Ego is attempting to do for us. The Ego wants to survive. In some people the Ego takes-over and makes them homicidal. Too much Nature, not enough Nurture.
I have no titles or degrees; what this means to me is I do not have to unlearn the deception that is taught in University. Or as Tony de Mello said; “I got a GREAT education, it took me YEARS to get rid of it.” I’m an observer. I observe human behaviors, especially my own. “Know Thyself” – Oracle at Delphi
Degrees, Titles, Diplomas, Licenses are there to threaten “professionals” with the loss of something they have an INVESTMENT in (Blackmail).
Alcoholics attending AA see themselves as “Recovering Alcoholics”. The concept is they will never be free from Alcohol, and Recovery is a way of life. I subscribe to “Recovery” being a way of life, but Alcohol is no more to blame for Alcoholism than guns are to blame for murder. Inanimate objects like guns and alcohol do not make death or intoxication, it is the Narcissist (Ego / Survival skills) that is causing the problem. Narcissists use Alcohol to ESCAPE.
The first step in AA is to admit to the problem. Narcissism is the Nature (Survival Skills) overwhelming the Nurture (Intellect / Wisdom). The Wisdom we are going for is Loving the Creator by loving creation (Life). “Love One Another” – Rabbi Carpenter from Galilee
Narcissism is a list of behaviors that We need to Nurture our-self out of. We need to place our Intellect / Wisdom between our seances and our actions.

Are we our Thoughts and Feelings, OR do we HAVE Thoughts Feelings to inform our Intellect / Wisdom?
Characteristics of Narcissism:
- Blame others
- Shun introspection
- Lack empathy
- Become hypersensitive to slights
- Act impulsively
- Spoil others’ good moods
- Deny or hide mistakes
- Are driven by FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real aka C---D-19)
- Stonewall or withdraw when upset
- Get enraged when criticized
- Pursue win-lose strategies (Escalation)
- Hold grudges
- Have one-way relationships
The healthy alternative to Narcissism (Nature) is THE WAY (THE TAO) Tao is short for the teachings of the Rabbi Carpenter from Galilee. He was teaching 81 parables of Wisdom from 500BC. The full title is; “The Tao Te Ching” or in English; “The Way of Wisdom in Action”.

If you want to see Narcissists and Psychopaths in action; Search YouTube or TikTok for “Karen”, “Road Rage”, or “Police Misconduct”. Narcissists are everywhere.
- I see crazy people
- Crazy people don’t know they are crazy
- They are crazy because they have accepted lies for truth
- People’s actions are consistent with their beliefs regardless if the beliefs are true or false
If your Ego (Nature) is resisting the label Narcissist or Recovering Narcissist, you are well on your way to becoming a P--------h.
