I have invoked Rule Of Necessity; I have invoked Non-Assumpsit. I assure all parties that, if I am injured by any agent or agency involved in any governmental activity, I will utilize all military Admiralty (not maritime Admiralty) actions to best avail myself of remedy and restitution. If a man (or, womb-man) offends me when they are NOT actively associated with a corporate function I will try to “turn the other cheek”. However, be assured that if any “actor” on behalf of any corporate fiction offends me I will endeavor to claim 40% of all his/her future income for the next 40 years as well as claim all assets that he/she may own. This is in addition to the result of prosecution of “Inland Piracy”, which demands life-term in prison for said Inland Pirate. You have been NOTICED.
As Society has established, a 6 feet parameter is my space. If there is a glass or a partition between us, then the 3 feet parameter is my space. Do not infringe on my space. Do not touch my physical body.
My carriage (car, pickup, horse and wagon, etc.) is NOT LICENSED. There is NO nexus to any State. I am NOT LICENSED. I have NO nexus to the State. I fully exercise my Right to be left alone. Be informed, I intend to bring charges against every agent that does not respect my Rights. Also, I intend to bring charges against every superior to said agent all the way up to the governor of the state under RICO and elements of FRAUD.
