I think Blackout means that they’re turning off the DS internet and switching it over to Starlink. Completely over to Starlink.

Remember, we are being cheered on by our Galactic friends and ascended Masters Upstairs. They are busy organizing huge victory parties where we – humble Light Warriors that we are – will be the feted guests of honor.
