Ms. Von Reitz via Free Mom 7 continues to print questionable information about the need for state assemblies. It’s not easy to locate the true Common Law history in America that has been purposefully hidden or removed.
A new State Assembly for a national election? Why when American history has proved that most of our elected State and Federal officials are completely corrupt. I propose that the Quantum Voting System when available could solve election fraud globally. Does the QVS address who we should elect at a grass roots level? How do you really know whether or not a candidate is honest and ethical?

Common Law in America flourished for a short time prior to 1900 at the county level. Why do we need a State Court now? Really? Seems like more maritime red tape. Let’s go back in time.

When a citizen committed a crime, what was the Common Law lawful process in America?
The citizens of the town and/or county chose a Constitutional Grand jury of 12 citizens when a crime was committed. Evidence was presented in front of a traveling circuit judge who convened the jury and any concerned citizen could attend the trial. Repeat: In a Republic, We the People of that town or county would choose 12 people to comprise a grand jury to determine a verdict that was enforced by the sheriff of that county.
Remember circuit judges in America? They traveled and worked with the county/territory sheriffs. They enforced what the We the People grand jury voted on based on the evidence presented concerning the citizen accused of the crime.
This process should work today enforced by the Sheriff. Today tactical civics at the COUNTY level has proven to be in some cases a powerful Remedy for crimes against humanity.

Ms. Von Reitz says declare your proper political status? Really?
I AM a Sovereign woman. I AM an American patriot. I don’t need to register with Ms. Von Reitz, David Straight or Russel Gould to indicate that I am a state national or whatever the “political” designation du jour is in their camps. Join a state assembly? Why? Seems like an endless bureaucratic top down yet again process, hoodwinking good people who are looking for Remedy in the maritime matrix. If you just pay us a fee for our information then you’ll know how to apply for your state national card and passport. You are now finally a legit American and all will be well. Really?
