According to survivors, the head of the CIA mind-control program from the early beginnings until 1984 was a N--i brainwashing expert known as “Dr. Green” (a [redacted] Turncoat from a N--i Concentration Camp born around 1926).
The sadistic Green was one of 760 German experts granted US citizenship after being brought into the US after World War II under the CIA Project Paperclip.
