One of my friends has had a strong Herxheimer reaction to 4mg/day of Nicotine Gum:
- Throat irritation
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Took a salt bath and the water became dark (Shedding)

You may want to use the 1/6 of 14mg patch approach (2.33mg/day), 4mg/day Throat Lozenges, or cut the 4mg Gum in half (2mg/day).
The Gum appears to provide a large dose at the start, where the Lozenges starts out slow and gets more intense at the end (20minutes).
Be well, be detoxed, be free from Snake Venom Symptoms (C---D-19 Symptoms).
