Phil returns with huge news about the Federal Reserve, regarding a recent Intel drop from multiple corroborating sources.

On September 1:
21 trillion dollar check was written to the treasury with instructions to get rid of all national debt.
Who did it come from?
The world alliance.
Every country received a check from The Alliance.
Simultaneously there was a lien filed against the IRS, the fed reserve and every state and every corporation.
999 trillion dollars worth of liens.
Which means no more never ending borrowing.

Means our financial system has finally been ripped to shreds.
All the corrupt governors are now forced to capitulate because they can’t borrow from the government to pay for things like employee salaries, equipment etc.
Treasury will do loans to states, people and corporations and interest will go to the united states not the banks
This is the reset we’ve been waiting for!!
Now the United states owes nobody.
There will be chaos.

This is happening at the same time globally.

The past two years was never about the election.
The cabal owned the banks and it would have continued if we fixed the election right away.
