Will it get to a point that Congress needs to put in a Bill to have specifics for a President, former President or any high ranking government official to be placed under arrest and put in federal prison?
Congress knows they have no control of the US Military and therefore has no say-so on if those officials get sent to GITMO, so they just need to have them go thru the normal process of the federal DOJ protocol.
This is where they can have President Trump arrested and placed in the general population of a federal prison as he did not have a heinous crime committed to be placed in solitary, yet he dealt in the security issues involved.
This can remove all Secret Service Agents and US Military protection and claim the Federal Correctional officers are quite adequate.
Just with this Trump can allow this to happen to then entrap all the present Deep State officials to go by this new Law and they themselves be put in the general population to be attacked by the other prisoners if they do not go to GITMO, and Trump can give hints to the Republicans to just get enough votes to get it passed.
There may be a tip that Trump goes to prison and the Dems are applauding, yet he is sent away in secret and a double steps in for the preliminaries.
