Producer Ron/The Michelle Moore Show,

Regarding,

You put this statement:

“The Michelle Moore Show: How The Law of the Land and The Bill of Rights Are On Your Side To Protect You” as a summary of the episode.

I agree with the statement that the Bill Of Rights exists to protect the People, BUT I also believe it is incomplete. A missing Right, for example, is a Right to Truth. If such a Right was in the Constitution, then the basis upon which the White Hats have been operating, fighting a secret war against the NWO, could never have happened. At the very outset of the military deciding the Government was treasonous and destructive, the military would have had to act overtly without regard to collateral damage. While I cannot say that was the better option, it should be an objective decision by us all as to whether we want our government to use secrecy except on the physical and immediate battlefield (ref JFK’s speech that secrecy is ALWAYS destructive (https://voicesofdemocracy.umd.edu/john-f-kennedy-address-the-president-and-the-press-27-april-1961-speech-text/). In other words, if you are a Truther, why not only demand truth, but REQUIRE it per the Constitution? If this were a Right, it would be treasonous to even ask the question, “how much of this can we tell the public?”

Adding a Right To Truth would be an interesting 11th Right to add to the Bill of Rights. It would be a reform to law. It would actually make lying to the public, or failure to disclose truth, treasonous acts severely punishable (rather than simply an issue in the next election). In a republic, citizens MUST have the truth to make their decisions in their role of participating in self-government, in which the government works for The People.

I wrote 100 pages on a set of recommended reforms at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HCzGbI8-LJGIhffft5SptEtD0P19D2q6/viewand a Right To Truth is one of those recommended. But this book really goes further in that the intent of the D of I and the Constitution is, the role of government is to preserve rights and freedoms, and that once you see a role of government as manipulating the economy and distributing welfare, once the government is judged by the criteria of how much prosperity it generates and even delivers into the pockets of dole recipients and stockholders and annuitants, that overwhelms the role of protector of rights. The role of government as conceived by the Founders has morphed into one in which it is seen as okay to have also a government that is a “safety net”, yet, by live test, we have seen with our own eyes that this idea, Socialism, progressively and inevitably overwhelms rights and destroys them, and further, generates corruption that bankrupts a nation (government as a corporation is anathema to government as a protector of rights). Socialism is parasitic because it is easier to misreport economic indicators when manipulating the economy, easier than actually generating wealth, which happens by Adam Smith’s “unseen hand” that lets price discovery and innovation function. Socialism also criminalizes government (by natural law) making it a tool for the criminals to extract wealth for their elites and their voter base without adverse legal consequences.

I contend that celebrating the Bill Of Rights is good but it should not be discussed as being more than a step toward trying to improve and adapt our law of the land to face modern day threats that the Founders could never have anticipated.

I would say discussion of the primary root cause, Socialism, has been thoroughly avoided in alternative news, treated like a plague, when (IMO) we cannot expect Good Government (i.e., different results) after Arrests and Disclosure simply by installing new faces. This discussion has so far been so systematically avoided, it is tantamount to censorship. In the US, there even is no real parallel to the Oxford Union debate on Socialism on YouTube, and it is sad to see an instance in which this is a public discussion in the most socialist, dole-addicted country in the world but subject-non-grata in the “Land Of The Free”.

I think, Ron, if you were to read my 100 Paine-like pages you would grasp the scope of reform needed and it would (IMO should) lead to ideas for round table discussions that would constructively contribute to re-thinking before rebuilding the Restored Republic.
