If a Law abiding member of the public can not decline a Consensual Encounter, then there is NO SUCH THING as a Consensual Encounter.
If it’s a choice between people who rime, and Narcissists with Immunity and weapons, I choose people who rime.
If you declin a “Consentual Encounter” and the police “Detain” you, that is an Assault. To be Consentual, one must be able to decline. If you have no option to decline, you are being assaulted / battered from the start, under the 4th Amendment “Seized”. The word “Detained” is used to avoid the word “Seized”, because violating the 4th Ammendmen is TREASON.
Policing is not about Law, Safety, or Justice… Policing is about SLAVERY, keeping the slaves in their place. It’s a holdover from the Civil War & Runaway Slave Catchers.
