Police are not Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) because they do not know or obey the Law.
Police are not Peace Officers because violating the Law is a Breach of the Peace.
Violating their Oath is TREASON.
Police are Known Felons because every Traffic Stop / Detention absent Probable Cause of a CRIME is a Felony.
Traffic infractions are not crimes, it’s a contract / policy violation.

EVERY TIME an Arrest / Detention occurs a Crime has occurred.

The reason the BAR Mafia does not prosecute “False Wittiness” (false 911) is because their business thrives on CONFLICT, they are paid to resolve conflict. Including Fraudulent or Manufactured Conflict.
