Did indigenous Pre-Adamites Exist or were they Aliens refugees?

Regardless of our belief systems, nothing can be learned by blindly walking through life ignoring what does not fit in the history books. Skeptics must acknowledge these ancient civilizations are real, and they were left here for a reason. Why weren’t they destroyed? Is this part of an elaborate puzzle, a higher test to separate the wheat from the chaff?

I believe they are a sum of the plethora of the total encounters of off world seeds and genetic manipulation.

I will leave this up to the reader to discern a synopsis that best resonates for them.

[Conspiracy theorists, on the other hand, believe they are an alien race that came here to escape their dying planet. They set up their civilizations and “seeded” the Earth. That is what we humans are.]

There was a belief that there might have been a number of different origins of humankind (polygenesis) rather than one (monogenesis)?

There are groups from all belief systems — Christians, conspiracy theorists, alien researchers, evolutionists, and more — who believe pre-Adamites (humans or intelligent beings that walked the Earth before Adam) actually existed.

The idea of the possibility of a pre-Adamite civilization and discussion about the origin of the human race is not a new one. Debates on the topic have been taking place since 170 AD. Over the years, many theories swirled about, enticing logical and romantic thinkers alike to explore further, look deeper, and question what they had been taught.

In the book of Genesis, we read the Earth was without form and void — as if it had experienced a great catastrophe. We know from scripture that water already covered the Earth, and scientists are now finding, under the great bodies of water of the world, evidence of entire civilizations. These findings raise more questions than answers. How do we mesh science with scripture? Is it possible?

Many events documented in the biblical texts seem to be supported by science. Can these two seemingly oppositional systems coexist and come together to give us a more complete picture of where we came from?

Consider that the original biblical texts have been translated repeatedly. The version we use today has only been around since the 1600s, and the Catholic church uses a heavy hand in changing the scripture and the structure of the book itself. If you stop and think about it, perhaps we’ve lost something in all the edits and translations. Maybe we don’t have the whole story.

Keep in mind, there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9).

The pre-Adamite hypothesis or pre-Adamism is the theological belief that humans (or intelligent yet non-human creatures) existed before the biblical character Adam. Pre-Adamism is therefore distinct from the conventional Abrahamic belief that Adam was the first human. Advocates of this hypothesis are known as “pre-Adamites”, along with the humans who they believe existed before Adam.

Augustine of Hippo’s The City of God contains two chapters indicating a debate between Christians and pagans over human origins: Book XII, chapter 10 is titled Of the falseness of the history that the world hath continued many thousand years and the title of book XVIII, chapter 40 is The Egyptians’ abominable lyings, to claim their wisdom the age of 100,000 years. These titles tend to indicate that Augustine saw pagan ideas concerning both the history of the world and the chronology of the human race as incompatible with the Genesis creation narrative. Augustine’s explanation aligned with most rabbis and with the church fathers, which generally dismissed views on the antiquity of the world as myths and fables, whereas Jewish and Christian claims were based on revealed truth.

Augustine did take a critical view of the young earth narrative in some aspects, arguing that everything in the universe had been created simultaneously by God, and not seven literal days. He was primarily concerned with arguing against the idea of humanity having existed eternally rather than a Bible-based chronology of human history

In early Islam, a common belief held that mankind is actually the successor of other intelligent creatures such as Jinn and Hinn. Medieval Muslim traditions referred to the jinn as pre-Adamites, depicted as human-like in various ways. Although the notion of Jinn as pre-Adamites was generally accepted, the idea that other humans lived before the known Adam was controversial. From the mid-ninth century onward the idea appeared that God created several Adams, each of whom presides over an era lasting around 50,000 years. This concept was regarded as heretical, but was widely accepted by Ismailis and some Sufis^.

Throughout the world, ancient cities are being discovered; not on mountaintops or in forests, but under the ocean. These include:

• Port Royal, Jamaica
• Lion City of Quiandao Lake, China
• Nero’s sunken city
• Cleopatra’s Palace in Alexandria, Egypt, and Thonis-Heracleion in Egypt
• Sunken city of Cuba
• Dwarka, India
• Yonaguni Monument, Japan

What are these ancient underwater cities? Are they evidence of a pre-Adamite civilization? Many of them have elaborate structures and display a level of technology scientists say was not possible at the time they would have been in use. Could carbon dating and other methods scientists use to date materials really be that far off? That’s not just a decade or two but a multi-billion-year error. Scientists believe they have definitive evidence or are at least very close, to support their timelines.

Some scientists believe they have found evidence of the inhabitants of some of these civilizations. A flash frozen civilization in Antarctica is of particular interest. The skeletons looked vaguely human except for the elongated skulls. Who were they? What were they? Scientists speculate an ancient race that has long since died out.

Are the Pre-Adamites also Olmecs?

The earliest civilization known in the Americas; were the Olmecs. They lived along the forests of the Gulf of Mexico around 3,500 years ago.

They appear to be different and later then the pre-Adamites.

The Olmec civilization is what is known as an archaeological culture. This means there is a collection of artifacts thought by archaeologists to represent a particular society. What is known about archaeological cultures is based on artifacts, rather than texts. In the case of the Olmec, archaeologists think artifacts found primarily on the northern half of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Mesoamerica from 1200–500 C.E. timeframe represent the Olmec society. The name Olmec was actually invented by scholars. Derived from the Nahuatl (Aztec) word “Olmecatl”, which means “inhabitant of the rubber country”, Olmec is a reference to the rubber production in the area where many of the artifacts have been found.

The inhabitants of the New World

From the time of the voyages of Columbus and Vespucci, there arose the question of the origin of the inhabitants of the New World, and of how they fitted into the scheme of the Old. From early in the sixteenth century, there was a general agreement that the American Indians were truly men (and women), but what kind exactly was less than clear. Matthew Hale put the problem precisely in 1642 when he suggested that that the discovery of the Americas made difficult the tradition of Adam and Eve being the two parents of all humankind.

One solution was to endorse their separate origin. This solution was embraced by the chemist Paracelsus (circa 1493–1541). The children of Adam, he surmised, did not inhabit the whole world and the people of the Americas along with the pygmies were “from a different Adam”. Or perhaps, he thought, they lacked language and souls, and therefore were not strictly human.
