Last week I had to renew my office programs once again trying simply to have WORD open documents that I created in Word during Years 95-2023. I called a Microsoft # from online and bought their MS 365 Which has WORD Excel PPT and other features I use. Well don’t we all know there were hitches in the MS program so I had to back track and ended up ensuring that my CC was in fact billed, to make sure that wasn’t the Problem. WELL HOLY CRAP AND SHIVER ME TIMBERS, This Behemoth Company MS billed me 82.75 Three (3) Times the amount plus my payment was to be 79.00 for the year all inclusive. So I called Visa to confirm YUP MS needed that 165 extra bucks more than I did apparently. So I called the Microsoft Satellite. Guess what all of these MS retailers are GONE. So I was indeed told I would be refunded the entire 248.25 but no talk of retaining at least the one purchase I actually made. MS Drop the ball #2. So I had to call another MS 365 program to buy again. I asked for the advertised 6.00 per month deal, NOPE there is a 79.00 and that divided by 12 gets me close @ 6.58 per month. I said okay I’ll take the 1 Month Trial Billing starts July 1st at 6.58 per month I’ll turn off the Auto Renewal Myself ! Andyou William/BILL will supply me with the GST # you are using to pay taxes back to my Canadian Government, I can not be taxed by both Governments ! Well This supervisor must of thought I was here to clean out MS of all past, present and future earnings/profits poor old MS is hardly squeaking by every Quarter when I told him to write it up and let’ get done. BILL came back with a number of 8.40 per month do you want this or not. I told Bill I just want the advertised MS 365 PRICE, when he realized he had lost the negotiation he just just HUNG UP Terminated the Chat/call. I was robbed of 248.25 for a MS 365 that would not open my Docs, I was the victim of the classic BAIT & SWITCH and and I NEVER EVER GOT a 1 one month trial as BILL said is not offered to existing customers WELL SHIVER ME TIMBERS HOW FAST CAN and will “WE THE PEOPLE” Get rid of these Monopolizing GREEDY CORPORATE PIGS that don’t give a flying FRIDAY about customer service (you know the place where their revenue and profit stream came from at the beginning and still needs us today. My Alternative “OFFICE SUITES” I will try them although I already know I will spend hours with their Customer Support trying to open my Docs and programs originated by MICROSOFT. WE Have a lot of CLEANING UP to DO YET people let’s stay vigilant and not let any of these CORPORATE PIGS take anymore of our dignity that they already have. FRIENDS OR FOES LET’s rise above in the 5th Dimension and Leave these blatant foes behind. Soon we will VICTORIOUS in the 5th Density and ride higher in the Saddle as each year passes. I wish all Patriots Good Luck as we enter THE GOLDEN AGE OF MANKIND BE LOVE !
