NOT DEAD
We have heard a lot about those we lived with here in this temporal/mortal realm, who have since passed on beyond the veil of flesh. Mostly they are referred to as the, “Dead”. The truth is they are not dead, but are living in the world of spirits without a temporal, flesh and bones, body. That world or realm of spiritual existence is as real as this mortal realm. Here, we are also spiritual beings, who have substantial bodies of flesh and bones, which bodies are left lifeless when we depart from them into the realm of spirits. We do not die when we depart from this temporal realm, but we go on living as spirit persons, without substantial bodies of flesh and bone.
It would be more correct to refer to those who have returned to the spirit realm as simply, “departed souls”, or they who have left their temporal bodies. The spirit realm is parallel to this mortal realm and is inhabited by many millions of spirit persons. The condition of being without a body of substantial flesh and bone is temporary as is this mortal life.
In a little while, every person who has lived here in mortality is going to be provided with a new body of flesh and bones, without the imperfections or disabilities that were built into the mortal body. This new body will house our individual spiritual entities and our individual eternal consciousness (intelligence). The bond with the new, perfect and eternal, body will be unbreakable except by the special providence of the most high God.
There is no want of evidence supporting these facts regarding those who have passed from mortality. Many have made the crossing and been allowed (or told) to return from it to this realm to complete some necessary part of their mortal lives or to inform others of the marvelous things learned from their short visit to the world of spirits.

There are a number of interviews with people who have returned to mortality from the spirit realm. Some of those people were of a religious order that, as part of their doctrine, requires the death of any person who asserts that Jesus is the Christ, Jehovah, Emanuel, the Creator and absolute owner of this world. In every case these individuals who once held those beliefs have returned to mortality with the shocking news that Jesus is, in fact, the Christ, Jehovah, Creator, Emanuel and is our only Savior. The only other God, connected with this world, is the Most High God, the Eternal Father of not only Jesus, but every one of us as well.
The fact of the Identity of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father established, together with our personal relationship to them, leaves us with the decision of whether we will acknowledge, and accept those facts and take upon us the quest to live by their precepts. That choice will unavoidably have profound affects upon our future ETERNAL LIVES. We are Eternal Beings, even if we exist without physical bodies. Our consciousness will go on living, within the spirit body which was provided to each of us by our Eternal Parents, (The Most High God and our Eternal Mother.)
There are some who will ask, “What right do they have to demand certain specific behaviors from us?” The answer is not complicated. This creation, this particular universe is theirs, their creation, which we have been invited to share with them. In my house, there is no room for nasty pigs, vicious dogs or adulterers, liars or thieves. Our Eternal Parents have necessary limitations on their neighbors as well. They will not force us to live by their rules, but if we refuse to live in a way amenable to their peace and security we will not be allowed to stay in their house. Even so they have made provision for such persons elsewhere in their universe, far enough away from their house that they will not be directly troubled by the behavior of such individuals.
Those who have lived here and passed on, are not dead. Their eternal lights shine as brightly as ever they did here. In some cases they may even shine much brighter, when they are freed from the limits of their flawed mortal bodies. Every child of God will have his/her own unique place in the organization of the Eternal Family of God. The immortal, eternal bodies we will receive in the soon to arrive morning of the first resurrection will be flawless, not subject to disability, disease or death.
The Lord will have a thousand years and millions of helpers to dry every tear, right every wrong, mend every broken heart and render justice to every soul who has has lived in this mortal world. In the end of that thousand years when our Lord raises this world to its rightful celestial state we may not all be here, but those who are still here will smile widely into the bright light of the eternities as they will, at last, possess unspeakable joy.
