It’s my understanding that the EBS will be secured for broadcast by utilizing the new Tesla scalar energy transformers that have been integrated into the grid and are running parallel to it like QFS has been with the fiat system. I live just north of Milford, TX so I know they exist.
Short term power blackouts have been suggested as possible issues but quickly obviated by the Tesla system.
If the white hats have planned all this impossible and incredibly complex world wide (and decades long) operation down to the most minute detail… I doubt they’d overlook such a vital issue as power for EBS reception.
Even specific phone coms are left open for emergency contact like fire, LEO and medical, despite the coms blackout.
So I wouldn’t worry, they keep saying “trust the plan”.
Or to paraphrase Sylvester the cat, “We got a choice?”
