• On Tuesday April 11, 2023 Military helicopters landed at the Utah State University Campus in Cache County Logan Utah.
• There were five individuals apprehended at USU for the manufacturing and distribution of Ricin and other highly toxic materials that were being sent to “conservatives” across the country by way of Amazon shipments.
• The Ricin shipments were also destined against certain individuals in Cache Valley.
• The incident was covered up with a story about USU’s ROTC Program.
• I, Tom Fairbanks, was asked to make a news release warning America of this latest threat to conservatives across the country.

• By Mon. 10 April the GCR had been fully funded and Dubai 2 groups of Sovereign Buyers started contracts with various trusts and large file sellers.

• On that same Mon. 10 April Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds). They would have access to 1% of their funds on their Q Cards also by Fri. 14 April.
• None but a select few knew the exact timing, nor when Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) would receive their exchange/ redemption appointments.
• Bruce: The new US Treasury dollar will be announced next Monday 17 April. At least 3-4 sources say Tier4b will receive notification Fri. or Sat. 14, 15 April and be able to go into appointments three hours later. The new US Treasury dollar will be announced next Monday 17 April. Bond Holders will have access to their funds at 4 am on Tues. morning 25 April.
• Wed. 12 April TNT Tony: “Iraqi citizens caught using the dollar would be subject to a 50,000 Dinar fine. All banks in Iraq would be open this weekend, and THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!

• Tier4B could go Fri. or Sat. 14, 15 April.
• On Wed. 12 April some people were trying to access 1460 boxes of Mexican Bonds in Reno. That caused a delay in Tier4b going.
• On Wed. 12 April Iraq was paying out certain workers in revalued Iraqi Dinar.
• Iraq is opening their banks on Fri. 14 April right after Morning Prayer because they are bringing in the new in-country rate on the Dinar.
• At the Redemption Center they may offer us the Contract Rate, but if they don’t, you can ask for it.
• Even Zim Holders can get a Contract Rate on the Dinar.
• Bond Holders will have access to their funds at 4 am on Tues. morning 25 April.
• At least 3-4 sources say Tier4b will receive notification Fri. or Sat. 14, 15 April and be able to go into appointments three hours later.
• Redemption Center Staff will work all day Fri. and Sat. 14, 15 April.
• Tier4b rates are very high.
• On Social Security: You get paid on your birthday day. They will be paying the 1^st and 2^nd Wed will be paid on 2^nd Wed. of the month. The third and fourth Wed. will be paid on the 3^rd Wed. There will be an increase in SS of at least $1,000 a month.
• The significant Restitution Allowance for age 62 and older will be paid on the 4^th Wed. of the month in a lump sum amount in direct deposit to your bank account.
• Those age 21 to 62 cannot stop working, but will be paid Restitution Allowance monthly for ten years. You have to be working 15 years in order to receive Restitution Allowance.
• The fiat USD is dead internationally, only good in Canada, US and Mexico. We will be using fiat money for another 3-4 months.
• The new US Treasury dollar will be announced next Monday 17 April.

GCR History:

• By Wed. 29 March the Iraqi Dinar had revalued in-country and was trading internationally as a gold/asset-backed currency.
• On Sat. 1 April the new Global Financial System became official including the gold/asset-backed US Note.
• As of Sun. 2 April the financing of Bonds had been completed. (This was a big deal because Bonds funded the Global Currency Reset).
• On Mon. 3 April Bond payments began including the release of Fines and Penalties.
• Wed. 5 April the USD was no longer accepted in any country except the US, Canada and Mexico. Those three countries would accept it for another three months.
• Thurs. 6 April: Activation-liquidation of Dubai 1 working capital funds.

• POTUS will tweet “My fellow Americans, The Storm is upon us,” which was the trigger for us to go into full Global Martial Law.
• We would then receive seven “Trumpets,” aka E B S text messages, on our phones alerting us to tune into our TV, radio or phones.
• Via the US Military, all militaries across the Globe would shut down all Media, Internet, Phones and TV programming. (Emergency services would remain active).
• During that time the Internet and ATMs would not work and phones would only work for calling 911.
• This Global Martial Law would include a ten day Communication Darkness where the Emergency Broadcast System would be activated worldwide to play eight-hour documentaries three times a day (24/7) on the subjects of fraud, corruption, pedophilia, arrests and tribunals of Global Elites.
• The Militaries would remove governments worldwide which were under control of the Cabal, while making arrests on 500,000 sealed indictments across the Globe.
• After the 10 days of Communication Darkness, we would then connect to a new Quantum Internet.
• Old systems of Government, Education, Finance, Health, Trade and Commerce etc., would be dismantled and replaced.
• GESARA/NESARA would be activated.
• In the US, the IRS (which was actually a Puerto Rican Trust owned by the Cabal) would be dismantled and replaced with a 14% tax on the sale of new items only, with no tax on food or medicine.
• The US would go back to Common Law instead of adhering to Admiralty Law, which was only loyal to the Crown of England. Under Common Law if there was no damage or harm done, then there was no violation of the law. This would eliminate millions of laws which were used to control the masses and protect corrupt politicians. Lawyers, Judges and officers of the Court would be retrained in Common Law.

• Loy Brunson Case 23-4042 filed in Tenth Circuit Court, Denver, set to go at any time into Supreme Court on Rule 11 (national emergency).
• Brunsons Allege that 385 Congress people Biden, Harris and Pence violated their oath of office to protect the Constitution and committed Treason by not investigating allegations of fraud in the Election.
• If SCOTUS rules in their favor, the Biden Administration and all of Congress would be suspended.
• 18 USC 2382 Misprision of Treason: by federal statue the Supreme Court must hear the Brunson case, or they would be tied to the Treason, “Whoever of, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of Misprision of Treason.”
• Abraham Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus in 1861 and the entire US Court System has been operating illegally ever since.

• The US DISTRICT COURT removed the case to their court, and assigned the case preliminarily to Magistrate – Jared C. Bennett, until it is assigned to a federal judge.

Farmington Utah Freedom Parade in Memory of Young Patriot Chase Allan – at Noon Saturday April 15th

• Chase Allen was “brutally murdered” March 1st, by five Farmington Police (Utah).
