Couldn’t help but scan today’s Op Dis. See Russell Targ’s section below. He was a good friend of Bob Monroe and often at The Monroe Institute in the Blue Ridge Mts of western Virginia. The first program any one takes at TMI is Gateway. It looks like he lifted the entire program, because these are among the things you can learn to do in the weeklong program. It is excellent. On occasion, TMI would have a military intelligence group or probably CIA (who knows) use the center for a week to train their people. No outsiders could come during these times. Perhaps this is what Russell is referring to in the article. He was probably there when these groups would go through the program.

In his final statements, he explains that all of us are naturally psychic and can develop these talents easily, if we want to.
Let’s go to this when we have RV money. I would be glad to do Gateway again as it is excellent and I could use a brush up. A friend from the program is a medical clairvoyant and wanted to start doing this exclusively. She was already an extraordinary healer. So, some 6 years after we had been roommates for Gateway, she returned to re-do Gateway to sharpen her already excellent skills.
