27th Amendment
This is the Amendment that approved of changes in the rate of pay for members of Congress, ratified on May 7, 1992 with George H. W. Bush.
This has Congress must wait until after the next election cycle for that change to take effect as they could not give themselves a pay increase then and there.
This Amendment needs to be Ratified again with our Republic as it was after the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This still may be acceptable as is.
This Amendment took 202 years, 223 days from being proposed on September 25, 1789 to being completed on May 7, 1992, yet there was nothing in to specify the length of time like with seven years as others have been.
This Amendment was to be one of the Bill of Rights as it was proposed the same day, yet it wasn’t decided in time to be included in 1791.

No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.
