26th Amendment
This is the Amendment that gives the right to vote for those who are eighteen years of age or older, ratified on July 1, 1971 with Richard Nixon.
This basically gave younger people that were citizens of the United States the right to vote.
The 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th and 26th Amendments all deal with voting as to who is to vote. We are going to be electing the 19th President for the Republic once we are to begin after NESARA is announced as Grant was the last Constitutional President, and so why not join all the voting Amendments into one.

If men at 18 years of age can be mandated to sign up for Selective Service to serve in the US Military then why cannot they also vote on what they are serving to protect? The Military Draft was still in effect in 1971, so it was mandatory to serve and not just sign up.

26th Amendment
Section 1
The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.
Section 2
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
