21st Amendment

This Amendment has hereby repealed the 18th Amendment, ratified on December 5, 1933 with Franklin D. Roosevelt.

This did bring back the manufacture, sale, and transportation of intoxicating liquors, but it still has it as ‘prohibited’ which it covers transportation or importation to other states and territories for the collection of taxes and fees.

This Amendment needs to be Ratified again with our Republic as it was after the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This includes through the 27th. Both this and the 18th Amendments may just need to be removed.

The people did speak up to want to be able to drink freely which they needed the manufacture and sale of any liquor. Today if someone wants to recycle any alcoholic containers they are really prohibited from doing so as having any open alcoholic container in a motor vehicle is a misdemeanor in many states. So they still try to make arrests one way or another by making their own probable cause of intoxication.

I know for sure about this as for the transportation of any liquor is that I was a long haul truck driver and did transport liquor between states, even though I did not know the amount for fees, I was allowed to transport it for my employer, and one company is a well known manufacturer where there was one run on a daily basis of a 55,000 pound load between California and Arizona, that’s 22 pallets stacked full at about 5.5 feet high.
