You suggestion is good and shows how much you the care about those children. Unfortunately, they would feel safe on this planet never again. No amount of love and attention can erase from their minds what happened to them. If they were placed with foster parents, every time a stranger looked at them they would be scared of being taken again. That fear would never go away as long as they were on Earth. On top of the ever present fear, many of them have no concept of how to do normal things like play. Some of them can’t even walk or talk. A special environment is necessary because many of them have never seen the sun.
I have it on good authority all those children have been taken to another planet and reassured as to their safety. There their special needs can be provided. I don’t know where this new planet is located and I guess it’s better that way.
