19th Amendment
This is the Amendment that gives the right to vote regardless on account of s-x, ratified on August 18, 1920 with Woodrow Wilson.
This basically gave all women that were citizens of the United States now the right to vote.
This Amendment needs to be Ratified again with our Republic as it was after the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This includes through the 27th. This still may be acceptable as is.
The 14th, 15th, 19th, and 26th Amendments all deal with voting as to who is to vote. We are going to be electing the 19th President for the Republic once we are to begin after NESARA is announced as Grant was the last Constitutional President, and so why not join all the voting Amendments into one.

Now that we have t---------r people and they have been voting already there still should not be any other Amendment to actually specify all types of genders in order to vote as it is inclusive here.
19th Amendment
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of s-x.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
