15th Amendment
This is the Amendment that gives the right to vote for all races or previous condition of servitude of men, ratified on February 3, 1870 with Ulysses S. Grant.
This basically gave all men that were citizens of the United States the right to vote.
This Amendment needs to be Ratified again with our Republic as it was after the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. Amendments 13 thru 27 need to be re-evaluated and maybe re-written to be considered if to be Ratified again with the Constitutional States in the Republic.
The 14th, 15th, 19th, and 26th Amendments all deal with voting as to who is to vote. We are going to be electing the 19th President for the Republic once we are to begin after NESARA is announced as Grant was the last Constitutional President, and so why not join all the voting Amendments into one.
Shall all races, women and those 18-20 years vote in 2023 when these Amendments are NOT truly Constitutional? Are these people to run for and hold office when they truly cannot vote per the 1860 Constitution?
You want to vote on these in 2023 before they are ratified per a Constitutional Republic as you have that right, or was it Trump under Martial Law along with the White Hats made everything Constitutional without We The Peoples’ approval?
Even the states that were not in the Union in 1861 have now become Constitutional states in the New Republic of 2023 because Trump said so and they can vote on everything and have representatives in Congress as we are going by what they are today, and that includes Washington D.C. can vote in our elections?
My comments here:
Section 1: This is simple to understand after the ratifying of the 13th Amendment freeing the slaves, that the men can now vote if they become a US Citizen.
Section 2: Congress shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this article, and it has been nitpicky on what laws they put out to skirt the issues.
15th Amendment
Section 1
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude–
Section 2
The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
