10th Amendment
This is the Amendment that provides only certain powers to the United States, and they cannot delegate more to themselves, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.
This is where of what is mentioned in the Constitution is not delegated to the United States nor prohibited by it to the States are reserved to the states or the people.
This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is the last one of the Bill of Rights.
This comes in to hold together the Constitution and the Amendments as the Supreme Law of the Land for which no federal, state, county, city nor foreign government with their entities can overwrite it with their own laws, statutes, regulations or policies in their jurisdiction as if the Constitution and the Amendments do not exist.
This also comes in where the Department of Justice, with its BAR judges, cannot overrule the Constitution and the Amendments nor make a decision to contradict them.
In otherwords it is We The People that have the authority of what powers each government entity has and what they can do with their powers. One power/right that we have is the power of ‘citizen’s arrest’ as we do not need police powers, and only on a lawful arrest.
Of how I interpret “reserved to the States respectively” is that it is for each state as an individual state as being a country in itself, and with “to the people” is that each people are equal to each other to having these rights and powers and there is no chain of command to achieve to have more powers, as a homeless people on the street or recent lawful immigrant US citizen has just as much powers as any mayor, governor, Sheriff or millionaire government financier/banker for what is specified in the US Constitution. For what is going on today is that a governor does not have more authority to carry any firearms than that of a homeless people.
One power not delegated to the President is the power to make Executive Orders, yet that came about when we were under US Military Authority with President Lincoln, and thus we have been under Military control since the Civil War with the Commander-in-Chief in charge. And today President Trump is the Commander-in-Chief approved of by the US Military Generals.
One major error is that the 16th Amendment was ratified in violation of this Amendment by the signing of it by President Wilson with only 4 states supposedly ratifying it.
10th Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
