9th Amendment
This is the Amendment that provides certain rights that are not specified in the Constitution also shall not be denied, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.
This goes for if a right comes about in the future or has not specifically been mentioned in the Constitution or Amendments then they must be retained by the people.
This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is one of the Bill of Rights.
This comes in use throughout our existence as a whole as a human being from conception thru death and joined with all We The People.
Some rights that were to be changed or needed to be emphasized were so important at the time they did become Constitutional Amendments such as for; our basic God given rights, no cruel and unusual punishment, no slavery, no racial bias voting, women voting and those under the age of 21 voting.
This has been brought up numerous times where the police stop the people as the officer wants to believe if it is not law then it is not a right as they ignore the Constitution or they just arrest the people and let the DA or judge decide, but when the people speak up to start with the officer needs to know what laws they are invoking and not skirt the issue to bring something else up. This is why certain court cases have been brought forward almost being used as law as it is just as important as the Constitution, Amendments and real laws, the one on Miranda Rights is one.
